The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a super area, close enough to stores, restaurants, freeways libraries as well as the turnpike. All of the staff members were very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The location was quiet and decent, at walking distance from Ted Ensley Gardens.
There were not comfortable beds.

The room was good-sized with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a small fridge.
Clean low budget hotel with affable staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful location next to topeka, Kansas and Wichita. Also, on a hill.

Condition of the inn and facility and room equaled the cost, you get what you pay for.
Asked for two extra pillows and another blanket and was told no flipping way was that ever gonna happen in my lifetime. I'll never be back.

Everything was old and stained. Did not make me feel secure staying there as a single woman. I would not go back

I had a comfortable stay in the Queen Room with a very clean atmosphere and great cable TV. Only wish the lighting needed upgrades, but I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was situated away from the road/traffic noise.
Some inconsiderate person decided to talk extremely loud on his cell phone at 12:30 am right outside our room.

The outdoor spots nearby, like Lake Shawnee, were awesome for family outings. We loved our clean Queen Room, and the kids really enjoyed the cable TV during our downtime after exploring the area.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground area for the kids.

The place was clean and the bed comfy. I felt safe after a shaky start since it looked sketchy outside at first. Staff was friendly and sorted out my concerns quickly.
The air conditioning could use an upgrade. It wasn't super effective, so the room did get a tad warm at times.
